Sports Inspire Volunteers 2026 - HELP NEEDED
Each year Dromintee GAC supports our young members who want to participate in volunteering with our younger coaching sessions. These young volunteers can receive awards for 50, 100 and 200 volunteer hours which are awarded by Sports Inspire in association with Ulster GAA.
Anyone aged 14 or over who is interested and can commit to weekly training sessions to support our coaches is welcome to apply. Our coaches rely on these volunteers in planning and support of their training sessions. There are also opportunities to do other volunteering activities - lotto selling and helping at events as well as participating in events organised by Ulster GAA which contribute to their award.
In particular we need help with our U6’s on Saturday mornings at 10am but also U12s Mondays at 5pm. If these times do not suit, there are other available times across the week for anyone who would like to volunteer.
For more information please contact Sheila Walker.
