We received 502 ticket requests, which far exceeds our club allocation of 123 tickets. We are currently awaiting confirmation of any additional allocation.
🎥 A live draw will take place via the club Facebook page on:
Saturday 8th May between 12noon
All names will be entered into the draw and selected at random. Successful applicants will then be issued with a number (1–10 etc.) which will determine ticket collection order.

🕢 7.20pm – Adult/Student ticket collection
Please note:
If you have been selected for both juvenile and adult tickets, juvenile tickets must be collected first. You will then return to your allocated numerical position for adult ticket collection.
This allocation has fallen severely short of the demand required. We urge members to explore alternative avenues to secure tickets.
If you have secured tickets elsewhere and wish to have your name removed from the draw, please contact us ASAP.

Juveniles can access the Hill under an adult ticket and must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note:
If a juvenile name is drawn, this does not guarantee an additional adult ticket. As per club policy, it is strictly one member, one ticket.
All tickets will be allocated through the draw on a one member, one ticket basis. Members may choose their preferred available ticket at their allocated turn until all tickets are gone.
No individual will be entitled to a double allocation, even if their name appears in the draw more than once (Gold Members names have been entered twice).
All entrants or their representatives (no tickets will be given out to representatives unless confirmation has been issued) must attend collection on the night at allocated times. All tickets must be paid for in full on the evening, otherwise they will be returned to the draw.
Finally, we ask all members to fully respect the instructions of our volunteers on the evening. A significant amount of time and effort has gone into organising this process.
