We have also completed a reserve draw. IF (IF) we get a second allocation we will publish the names of those on the reserve list who have been allocated a ticket but for now we do not have a second allocation.

Allocated collection times will be published and strictly adhered to.
🕖 7.00pm – Juvenile ticket collection
🕢 7.20pm – Adult/Student ticket collection

If you have been selected for both juvenile and adult tickets, juvenile tickets must be collected first. You will then return to your allocated numerical position for adult ticket collection.

Juveniles can access the Hill under an adult ticket and must be accompanied by an adult.

All tickets will be allocated through the draw on a one member, one ticket basis. Members may choose their preferred available ticket at their allocated turn until all tickets are gone.
All entrants or their representatives (no tickets will be given out to representatives unless confirmation has been issued) must attend collection on the night at allocated times. All tickets must be paid for in full on the evening, otherwise they will be returned to the draw.
Sterling Cash preferable.
Finally, we ask all members to fully respect the instructions of our volunteers on the evening. A significant amount of time and effort has gone into organising this process.
