U14 Boys victorious in the championship semi-final
Our under 14 boys recorded an impressive win against Pearse Óg, at home, on Tuesday night.
What a difference a week makes! This game was played in fantastic, dry and warm conditions, the complete opposite of the quarter final only one week previous.
A solid display of teamwork, patience on the ball, and ruthless goal scoring, saw Dromintee record an emphatic victory. Efficiency in attack was complimented by a solid defence, keeping the opposition to minimal scores.
Many thanks to the McGeough family for kindly providing sports drinks, water and ice for the lads, it was well received.
The team have now booked their place in the Div 1 Championship Final, expected to be played on the evening of Tuesday 9th June.
