A MESSAGE FROM OUR CHAIRMAN

I would like to welcome you all to the latest innovation within the club, our very own club app and website.

The app which is a partnership with Co Clare based technology company Clubzap is designed to be a single destination to help with club communications, fixtures & results, registration and online purchases for both the Lotto and the shop.

As a parent you can take reassurance from the fact that all elements are GDPR compliant and child protection protocols will be adhered to.

The app will allow you purchase club gear direct from the shop from the comfort of your living room and will also facilitate playing the club lotto very shortly.

A huge amount of time and effort has gone into getting the app ready and I would like to express my thanks to all the club officers and coaches who took part in the Clubzap webinars as well as the club executive for adopting such technical innovation.

A special word of thanks to our club PRO Michelle Geoghegan who has worked long and hard on building content prior to the launch.

The new club website www.drominteegac.com also contains great features including elements of the club history and a coaching section designed in particular to assist our juveniles coaches.

We are hoping that the app will also present new sponsorship opportunities for local businesses who are so supportive of the club.

The app will also assist us in dealing with our return to play protocols and how the club deals with the post Covid 19 period so please watch out for the health questionnaire.

So we look forward to reduced WhatsApp traffic and great stories of fun, football and hopefully some success.
