Our U11 Go Games campaign got off the ground earlier this evening with Culloville providing the opposition.

In the early stages Dromintee struggled to get to grips with the game such was the physical presence of the visitors.

It wasn't until the second quarter that team got into their rhythm with more direct free flowing football. The defensive element of game was also encouraging with some courageous blocks which kept the opposition under pressure when attacking.

Over the remaining quarters all 29 kids received game time. While the team personnel rotated over the course of the hour the one element of game that remained constant was the way in which the team moved the ball and defended without the ball.

Dromintee would like to thank Culloville for a very sporting contest and look forward to a return game in the near future.
