TEAM COMMUNICATIONS

All our teams are now back training.

All team communications are via ClubZap. There are no WhatsApp groups for Teams.

You will find all team chats on bottom right of main clubzap screen. Click on chat and select your team.

If you’re not in the right team or your child is playing in a different team just request to join that group by finding the team in search box eg u9 or u12 Girls and then click request to join. The coach will then approve the request and you will be in the group. Or ask a coach to add you in. U18s are not allowed to join groups for child protection reasons.

Any information regarding your team will be in this group only. Coaches will post a coaching event in your team chat and updates on training and matches are in this group. Please make sure your notifications are set to on. Coaching/Game information is not posted on our social media. You are able to contact your coach via this group by clicking ‘message the admin‘ in the bottom right of the chat and selecting the coach name.

Games - when they are arranged- will be listed in the Games section(2nd tab) of the App.

When a coach posts an event we ask that all parents RSVP yes or no. This helps our coaches to plan a session and to get set up for the right number of children.

You no longer need to complete return to play form.

REGISTRATION

Please note to play or train all players must be registered. You are able to register on the app or in the club on Thur night 7-8pm (cash only). Any player not registered will not be able to play. Contact Ray if you have any issue with completing your registration.

CLUB SHOP

The club shop will open on Wednesday this week for cash sales. Patrice has a large selection of sale stock. Shop will open Wed 7-8pm.
