Our U11.5 group made the journey to St Brigids, Belfast for their end of season blitz event.

Following on from yesterday’s success in Culloville, the team quickly got into their stride beating Gort na Mona, Rostrevor, St Brigids (B) and Rossa topping their group and qualifying for the cup knockout stages.

Quarter Final opponents turned out to be our neighbours Killeavy and the boys emerged victorious in a great team performance.

For the Semi Final, we were drawn against the host club St Brigids (A) and in difficult conditions playing the 14th match in two days our journey ended.

St Brigids were the eventual winners of the tournament and were worthy winners but our boys battled right to the end and can all hold their heads up high.
