Please read the following very carefully. We are doing our best to accommodate our members. In order to be fair please only apply ONCE and only on behalf of CLUBMEMBERS.
We are asking that members submit their interest via club zap only - only club members can apply - we are going to have a cut off time of 6pm on Thursday 4th May *****NOW CLOSING TUES 9PM due to demand **** as we have to get order in to county board the following morning and need to get our heads around number of tickets required and parts of ground sought.
Ticket allocation will be for members only. As you will appreciate demand is very high and we cannot accommodate requests for non members. We will check the membership list before tickets will be allocated. If you have family membership for 2 adults and 3 children then you can apply for 2 adults and 3 juvenile tickets.
We don’t know yet what our allocation will be but if demand exceeds our allocation then there will be a draw for tickets.
We will do our best to fulfill the ticket requests of our members.
Please select preferred area. No juvenile tickets for hill -only adult and student tickets. Juveniles must be accompanied by an adult.
One request per family is fine but please ensure all requests are club members.
Tickets will be distributed next week upon receipt and will be required to be paid upon receipt of ticket.
Any applications from non club members cannot be accepted at this time.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE SAME MEMBERS. Duplicates will be deleted. Please do not apply for people who are not club members. Our priority is club members.
